Invoices for monthly service are emailed to the contact email seven to ten business days prior to the due date. Please add us to your 'safe senders' list in the event our emails end up in your junk or spam folder.
First time paying for service on-line? Please note that the ID and Password for the store site are not the same as for the map site. New customers will need to set up a store account by following the prompts when ordering service. If you are a returning customer and do not remember your password click on the 'forgot password' link underneath the Returning Customers ID and Password field in the shopping cart.

Non-payment of monthly service will result in account cancellation. The reactivation fee is $40 per device. FoxTrax representatives are available to re-activate accounts during FoxTrax office hours.
