How It Works

The FoxTrax Vehicle Tracking System shows you where your vehicles are right now. It's simple.

1. Start the tracking application and put a tracking device in a vehicle.
2. Log onto our web map.
3. Start the tracker and watch your vehicles on the web.

Real-Time Tracking

Drivers are shown on the map by icons with pointers. Each tracker can have a distinctive icon and color scheme. Just click on a point to see more information. You can send the driver a text message right from the map.

Tracking History

The "Time / Date" form shows historical vehicle tracks. Where was Fred for the last 15 minutes? You can specify any number of drivers over any time period. We store your tracking data for one year.

Dispatching

Do you need to get somebody somewhere right now? Where is 218 Sylvester Ave.? And who is closest? The Address and Zip Search form answers these questions. In the screen shot below we can see that Al Capone is already there. Click on the Locate links to mark the driver and the address.

Reporting

Sometimes a map isn't enough, you need a report. Our reporting tool tells you where your drivers were, how long they were there, how long it took to get there, and what it all cost. The report builder makes it easy to include only the data that you want to see on each report.
