Stopped Tracking Checklist
Having difficulty locating your tracker? First, find the answers to
the following questions:
- Is the application running? If you do not see the FoxTrax tracking
screen on your phone use the menu keys to navigate to Java Apps and look
for a "Suspended Apps" folder. If there is no FoxTrax entry then the
FoxTrax is not running. Start FoxTrax. Remember that the application must
be started every time the phone is started.
- Is the phone charged? It is not enough that the phone is still on.
When the battery is extremely low the phone's GPS will not work. Press
the red "hang-up" key a couple of times and look at the battery indicator
on the home screen.
- Does your phone have a balance? Dial 225 from the phone or log into
the Boost Mobile website to check the phone's balance.
- Do you have coverage? Press the red "hang-up" key until you get to
the phone's home screen. What is the signal strength? If there is no
service the screen will display "No Service."
- If it still isn't working, call us.
